Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tool Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
